One of our professional project managers will meet with you at the scheduled time and ask questions to fully understand what you are trying to accomplish, and what kind of comfort or energy problems you are experiencing. The project manager will then review your project, make drawings, take measurements, and discuss his expert recommendations based on your goals. Don’t worry, he won’t try to use any high-pressure sales tactics or haggle over pricing. Rather, he will provide a written quote and answer all of your questions so you will have all of the information needed to make an informed decision.

When you are ready to move forward all it takes is a signed contract and deposit to get on the install schedule. On the day of the install, the foreman will review the project with you and the crew will start prepping. If part of the scope of work, the crew will remove any old insulation before installing the new. Once completed, the crew will clean up and do a final walkthrough to review the project one last time and collect the final payment. The crew will then pick up and head out, leaving you with a more comfortable and energy-efficient home or pole barn.

Your concierge is available anytime along the process to answer questions and help make your experience as simple and convenient as possible. Any applicable home energy rebates will be prepared and sent to process, and your warranty packet will be mailed to you. As part of the lifetime warranty, the office will be here for you long after your insulation is installed.
