RetroFoam Warranty Certificate

After your insulation is installed and you are paid in full, you will receive a warranty certificate in the mail.

The Warranty Details

All labor performed in the installation of products and services performed by RetroFoam of Michigan will be covered by this warranty for the life of the home from the date of application. RetroFoam of Michigan will perform labor at no charge to areas deemed to have been incorrectly serviced or installed at the time of the original contract agreement.

Note: Blown-in insulation installed by RetroFoam is covered by a one-year workmanship warranty, effective from the date of installation, and applies solely to labor-related defects.

Warranty Transfer

This warranty is issued to the address of the home and is transferable. If you do sell your home please make sure and tell the new owner to contact us immediately to update our records.

Exclusion Criteria

RetroFoam of Michigan will not be held responsible for areas of the home worked on by us that have been altered, replaced, or have work performed on them by another company, contractor, or the homeowner.
RetroFoam of Michigan is not responsible for damages due to natural disasters such as but not limited to: hurricanes, tornadoes, lightning, hail, floods, rain, earthquakes, and wind (any acts of God is not covered by this warranty).
RetroFoam of Michigan is not liable due to rot, mildew, mold, or natural aging of the surface/home where work has been performed
