Servicing Michigan's Lower Peninsula & Greater Toledo
If you’ve worked for or hired a contractor in the past, there is a good chance you’ve had a bad experience. From no-show appointments to bad communication to pushy salespeople, we’ve heard all the stories.
We strive to break free from this so-called “norm” to wow homeowners with an unheard-of contractor experience. We’re on a mission to transform homes, making them more comfortable and energy efficient while giving homeowners a professional experience from start to finish.
If you want to work for the industry leader, look no further.
A potential employee could have the most impressive knowledge and skills, but at the end of the day, if they don’t believe and live out our core values, it isn’t going to work out. We desire to find people who live and breathe GRIT.
Life is short, and we want to make a difference and have fun as well. For company or department outings, you may find us at the baseball game, having employee appreciation day with food trucks, volunteering at the Make-A-Wish Michigan fundraising event, or celebrating our achievements at the company Christmas party.
Full-time employees are also eligible for the following benefits:

Our project managers inspect buildings, write up quotes, and educate homeowners on their insulation options to meet their goals.
Our marketers, writers, videographers, and creatives are focused on generating leads, sharing the RetroFoam story, and educating homeowners on foam insulation.
Our concierges help guide customers through their insulation journey with excellent customer service, as well as our admin and finance team to keep track of all the details.
Each department has its own hiring process, which varies in length and steps. Hiring for crew is typically a single interview and quick turn-around, whereas hiring for the office, sales, or marketing typically consists of multiple interviews with multiple team members over a multi-week period.
