When it comes to doing research before you buy something, what is one of the first things you do?
If you’re anything like me, you’re probably reading the product reviews and reviews for the company.
Recently I was talking with my husband, who works as a project manager here at RetroFoam of Michigan, and he told me he had talked to several homeowners who were wowed by the number of reviews we have, but also the number of positive reviews.
As the Marketing Accounts Manager, I go through the RetroFoam of Michigan reviews every day to share them with our team. This conversation with my husband got me thinking that it would be interesting to go through the last 100 reviews on Google and Facebook to see if there were any common themes to the reviews.
I did just that and I really want to share with you what I found.
After going through the last 100 RetroFoam of Michigan reviews I found some interesting trends and wanted to share them with you in the words of our own customers.
Any home improvement project can be invasive and adding foam insulation isn’t any different.
In some cases, like the attic, crawl space, and rim joist, we’re removing old insulation before the spray foam can be applied. For the exterior walls of a home, the siding is removed, and holes are drilled into each stud cavity.
Because of this process, we want to make sure we don’t leave any kind of mess behind for the homeowner to deal with. In every installation, we want to make sure the space looks like we were never there.
Our mission is to be in and out as quickly as possible, so we don’t disrupt the homeowner’s life.
RetroFoam of Michigan crews work like a well-oiled machine where everyone has a job to do from start to finish. All of our specially trained installers are our employees and not subcontracted out. What that means is our crews are trained by us and the manufacturer to be the very best team to insulate a home.
We strive to educate homeowners before we ever walk in the door, during the estimate, and during the installation.
We want every homeowner to be knowledgeable about our services, products, as well as the other options available to them that we don’t offer.
We treat every house like grandma’s house.
This applies to how we treat the home, but also how we treat the homeowner. Every homeowner we work with gets the same experience that we would personally want for ourselves, our friends, and our families.
The air seal created by foam insulation isn’t something that takes time to notice – it is a benefit homeowners will notice right away.
Whether it’s the home maintaining a constant temperature or the house is just a little quieter, foam insulation has several benefits to help make homes more comfortable and energy-efficient.
